Only the information required for delivery is visible, such as your delivery details, the courier's shipping label and any legally required transport or safety labels.

The delivery driver does not receive information about the products inside your parcel.

Returns can be handled discreetly too.

Please contact us before returning an item and we will provide you with the correct return instructions. There is no need to state the contents of your return on the outside of the parcel.
